How it works

Submit the name and contact information of a colleague who could benefit from Daicel Arbor's NGS solutions.

2. We confirm eligibility

Your referral must meet the program requirements, including being currently employed by a scientific institution and not having placed an order with Daicel Arbor within the qualifying period.

3. You both save

Once the referral qualifies, both you and your referral receive 20% off one eligible NGS order, up to a maximum discount of $1,000 per order.

4. Know more people? Refer more.

You can submit multiple qualified referrals. Each successful referral can earn you another 20%-off order.

Important myReads requirement

For myReads projects, samples must be received at the Daicel Arbor laboratory no later than November 30, 2026.

Who can I refer?

Your referral should be:

  • Currently employed by a scientific institution
  • A new or returning Daicel Arbor customer who has not placed an order within the last 18-months
  • Interested in an eligible NGS product or service 
  • Must be located in an eligible geographic territory; contact our team for clarification
